Paradise Yoga, Avalon Beach

Nestled in Avalon Beach and overlooking Pittwater, Paradise Yoga is a peaceful studio dedicated to gentle, stress-relieving yoga. With small classes, a supportive atmosphere, and a focus on calming the nervous system, it’s a space where you can truly slow down and reset.

Students come from across the Northern Beaches—from Manly to Palm Beach — because they’re looking for something different: simple, nurturing yoga that helps them feel calm, grounded, and more like themselves again.

If you’re visiting from further afield, feel free to reach out—I’m always happy to recommend local cafes, walks and quiet spots to unwind.

New To Yoga?

Welcome to your yoga journey! At Paradise Yoga, we focus on gentle practices that calm your nervous system, reduce anxiety, and help you reconnect with your body and mind.

However, I know from experience that starting yoga can feel overwhelming. That’s why I’ve worked really hard to make your first steps into the world of yoga as stress-free as possible.

All my classes, workshops and retreats are beginner-friendly (the exception is Deep Yin, which requires a little Yin experience).

As a newcomer, you have a few options:

  • You can book in to the class of your choice. Options include a single class for $35, or an Intro Pack of three classes for $79, valid over 30 days.
  • You’re also welcome to join a Zen Session or any of the retreats
  • Or you can book a free 30-min consultation at the studio (see the boxed text).

I look forward to welcoming you at Paradise Yoga!

FREE CONSULTATION

If you’d like, you can book a free 30-minute in-person consultation at the studio. This is especially helpful if you have physical, mental or emotional concerns, and want to chat privately before your first class. It’s also a great chance for you to ask questions about the yoga, my approach or how bookings work.

This consultation is not a requirement – just an option to help you feel more comfortable.

My Commitment To You – I’m so confident that this practice will help you feel better in your mind and body that if you attend 3 classes in 30 days and don’t notice a positive difference, I’ll give you an extra Intro Pack free. It’s my way of supporting you as you begin your journey.
