HOW IT WORKS
I liken this to Netflix for Yin, or Yinflix if you like!
The idea is that you dip in and out as it suits you. All the videos will always be there. There’s no expectation that you will do a certain amount of yoga in a week. There’s no timeline – and so there’s no such thing as getting behind.
You just join in whenever and wherever you feel like it.
And, you can opt out at any time. Your membership will continue each month with recurring payments, until you cancel.

• Membership renews automatically each month; cancel any time you like.
• Members must take responsibility for their own health and wellbeing. This includes consulting with a doctor or other medical professional to ensure that yin yoga is an appropriate form of exercise for you.
• You acknowledge that physical exercise, including yin yoga, involves movement and carries the risk of injury, and that any actions you undertake as a result of being a member of Paradise Yoga Online are at your own risk.
• You must stop the practice as soon as you experience any pain or discomfort and consult a medical practitioner if you have any concerns over your health or wellbeing.
• You expressly release Paradise Yoga, Paradise Yoga Online, Paradise Yoga With Claire and Claire Lane from any claim you may have at any time for any injury whatsoever arising from your use of this website, the membership or associated services.
