Private Classes

I have a limited number of spots available for private classes - either one-on-one, or small groups. These classes are usually conducted at Paradise Yoga, but if I have taught you in-person in the past, it’s possible to do it by Skype too (e.g. if you’re on holiday or have moved further away).

Private classes are great for: 

  • Beginners who might feel anxious about turning up to a general class (although all the classes are beginner-friendly and there's no need to feel anxious about coming to a general class if that's what you'd prefer!)

  • People with injuries who would like to facilitate their recovery or improve their flexibility

  • People suffering from stress or anxiety who would benefit from learning techniques to manage stressful moments

  • Athletes who would like to improve their performance and/or prevent injury

Private classes are also really great for small groups, such as hen weekends, weekend get-togethers with friends, birthday or anniversary presents and more! 

Weather-permitting, private classes may happen at the secret little beach just below the studio.
