I have a limited number of spots available for private classes - either one-on-one, or small groups. These classes are usually conducted at Paradise Yoga, but if I have taught you in-person in the past, it’s possible to do it by Skype too (e.g. if you’re on holiday or have moved further away).
Private classes are great for:
Beginners who might feel anxious about turning up to a general class (although all the classes are beginner-friendly and there's no need to feel anxious about coming to a general class if that's what you'd prefer!)
People with injuries who would like to facilitate their recovery or improve their flexibility
People suffering from stress or anxiety who would benefit from learning techniques to manage stressful moments
Athletes who would like to improve their performance and/or prevent injury
Private classes are also really great for small groups, such as hen weekends, weekend get-togethers with friends, birthday or anniversary presents and more!
Weather-permitting, private classes may happen at the secret little beach just below the studio.
